PROGRAMME FOR ULTRALIGHT PLANE LICENCE
Umbria hydes many wonders, and many of them are unknown by their
inhabitants too.
You can walk through paths amidst hills and woods, ride on fields
climbing the sweet Umbrian hills. Be vigorous with a mountain-bike
ride. But also our technology permit us to admire the green and
silver fields of olive trees from the sky.
A mean of transport unusual, and that seems so difficult to drive,
but now it could be possible for everyone.
It is possible to make tours of Umbria from the sky, and also try
to learn to drive them.
Due to passion was constituted the Flying Club of San Terenziano.
It is possible to go closer to the wind and the sweet air of the
sky, a flying course that looks like a dream.
To take out a flying licence for ultra-light planes could be a passion
that implies some difficulties. And to passion you have to add a
lot of training.
To take the examination you need at least 12 hours of flight, with
round 25 hours of theory lessons.
PROGRAMME FOR THE LICENCE COURSE
The course will extend for round 6/7 or 9/10 weeks.
The longest flight that is possible to do is 20 min. straight in
the morning and 20 min. in the afternoon.
The lessons are 36 that could be divided in 9 weeks, flying on Saturday
and Sunday. Or 6 weeks flying on Friday too.
Please consider that it is possible one week of delay due to bad
weather.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?
Follow us carefully ...
9 weeks programme
FRIDAY
Arrival in agriturism, and accomodation in double room or single,
and during the dinner presentation of the course. Good bracing sleep!!!
SATURDAY
A good breakfast in agriturism.
Transfer with one's means of transport to the flying field and first
lesson with the instructor (20 min. by air - round 1 hour of theory).
Lunch in agriturism.
In the afternoon back to lesson (20 min. by air - round 1 hour of
theory).
The rest of the day free, or chance to join the activity organised
by the agriturism staff (visits to wineries and wine-cellars with
snacks)
SUNDAY
Same schedule of the previous day.
Rooms have to be left within 12.00.
For the program of 6 weeks, clients have to arrive in agriturism
on Thursday afternoon, and they will have lessons on Friday too.The
course permits to obtain the "Licence for Ultra-Light Planes",
with a final examination.
The course plus overnight for both courses is € 3105.00, second
person without course € 972.00 in Half board.(The price is
considered for two people in Half board)
Supplement for single room € 180 for the whole period. Flights
are done by P-92 TECNAM ULTRA-LIGHT PLANES
